PB3 Pre-Breaker Machine

The PB3 Pre-Breaker is a medium duty machine designed for rapid size reduction of wholdemned carcasses, green bone etc. and similar materials in the rendering industry.

• If processing of while large animals is desired, the use of a larger PB4 or PB6 Pre-Breaker should be considered
• The cutting edges inside the machine are formed from a specific hard facing grade of steel. The machine operates on the principle of a shearing action to rapidly process high volumes of material
• PB3 Pre-Breakers can be supplied as bareshaft machines (as per image this page) or as a complete turnkey item, including the drive motor, gearbox, couplings and base frame

In addition to the meat industry, PB3 machines have successfully been used for size reduction of Fish waste (Galvanized Body) and Animal Products

• Processing capacity of up to 4,000kg per hour (dependent on material) Use of standard orifice plates enables strict control of output material size
• All cutting edges are ground from a unique hard facing steel and are serviceable
• Self-aligning spherical roller bearings in fully sealed housings at each end
