Overview
Our Gut Slicer ranges from 300mm inlet diameter, used for lamb, up to 1200mm for large bull paunches easily installed into existing pipework made in quality 316 Stainless Steel.
Spacings of blades can be tailored to client’s requirements.
Applications
- Opening of paunches prior to going through washing process.
- Options for lamb up to bulls.
- Minimal cutting of paunch so it retains all its goodness.

- Processing capacity of up to 4,000kg per hour (dependent on material) Use of standard orifice plates enables strict control of output material size
- All cutting edges are ground from a unique hard facing steel and are serviceable
